Accounts & Finance:

Preparation of annual service budget and forecast, preparing year end accounts, covering property related bills and expenses, Collection of service charges, arrears recovery.

Insurance:

Annual competitive insurance tenders, handling communal claims, claims management. Valuations.

Maintenance & Repair:

Accredited professional contractors, Regular site inspections, promptly resolving repairs and maintenance, superior quality and workmanship

Compliance & Safety:

Fire Risk Assessments, Landlord Electrical installation Condition report (EICR), Legionella Water testing, Asbestos Certification, compliance with local building codes.

Major Works:

Issuing Legal Notices, Supervision, competitive tendering, resident notification, access management.
